The actual page may vary as webpages

may be updated frequently

Most teachers provide handouts when a project is assigned. I use the project page to post everything that I would put on a handout, but I also include relevant internet sites that support the project. I try to make the page look appealing so that students enjoy visiting it.

What to put on your project page:

  • goals/objectives;
  • expections;
  • explanations;
  • due dates;
  • grading requirements;
  • rubrics; and
  • internet links for web resources that support the project.

Some benefits of posting your project information on your website:

  • students and parents can access the information at any time; and
  • instructions are clearly provided and may be reviewed easily by parents and students.

Page Information

To create this page, I used Dreamweaver. I have this page on my own website, and I created a link in SchoolCenter to the page. However, this is a choice and not a requirement.
