A page where you place links to websites that you find really valuable is a great idea.  I actually have two. One contains resources for the entire Hillcrest website and will be discussed in an upcoming section of this website discussing page design for web administrators at a school campus. For my personal page, I placed my top ten links for students and my top 10 links for teachers on the page.  These are the websites that I found I keep going back to time after time, day after day. For students, I placed links on these pages that they can visit on their own or when they finish a test or assignment early. They are safe and it become a classroom routine for students to visit those site for educational activities when they have those "free" moments.

Above you will see three screen shots. The first shows the lead-in page for the links.  The second shows the links for teachers and the explanations I provide so that they can choose appropriately.  The third link is the same but shows the links for students.
