All handouts and documents are posted on this page. I include lists with academic language, project handouts, parent letters, permission slips, and just about anything I give out in class here. It's great because students and parents can access them to print them out if lost or if an extra copy is needed. I also include podcasts here but they will be discussed in more detail in another section of this website so look for that coming soon!
A few things I've learned when working with documents:
- place them in categories so they are easily manageable;
- sort your categories alphabetically for accessibility as your list of documents grows; and
- share them! There's no need for two teachers to create the same vocabulary list because documents can be shared and instantly added to another YISD website.
